Not only is it a welcome distraction but writing everything down really helps to de-stress. Includes three undated monthly calendars, IVF acronyms, clinic details, space to write down consultation and treatment notes, a medication checklist, space to write down dates and results, notes pages and positive affirmations to help her through her cycle.
Two Week Wait Positivity Cards. 4 mini cards designed to help her keep positive during the two week wait. The two week wait can be one of the hardest parts of fertility treatment, there are so many thoughts and feelings to process and it’s difficult to keep a positive outlook all of the time.
