HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?
Our gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. We use Royal Mail Second Class which takes 2 working days for delivery. If you need your gift to arrive urgently, please get in touch to let us know and we’ll do our very best to send it as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time and that Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery dates.
HOW WILL MY GIFT BE PACKAGED?
It’s incredibly important to us that our packaging is both beautiful and environmentally friendly. Our gifts are lovingly hand wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker and wrapped in twine. Your personal message will be handwritten on a kraft gift tag and attached to your gift. Don’t worry, there is no invoice included with your gift.

All of our gifts are packaged in a single gift box (we don’t double box) featuring a branded card with our company details.
