Each activity is designed to help you feel lighter, happier and relieve some of the strain and frustration you’ve been living with recently. 

Starting on Monday 28th June and finishing Friday 2nd July.

 

How do I take part?

There will be morning and evening activities for you to follow from the comfort of your own home. Each day, you’ll be sent links to the activities via email. There’s no pressure to take part at a certain time – simply choose a time that’s convenient for you.
